We use 32 density foam which lasts more than five years.

The standard payment term we use is 50:50. The first payment is 50% of the total order at the order confirmation, the remaining 50% is before delivery.

If the results of an investigation by our internal team conclude that the damage to the product you purchased did not occur due to the shipping process, but due to a manufacturing defect, it will be totally replaced with a new one.
Basically, we only process the production of the goods you ordered until they are ready to ship. You can use your own freight company. If you do not have your own freight, we can help using our cargo company partner to send goods to your address. Either by air, sea, or land cargo.

Basically we don’t specify the maximum number of items to load into one container. However, based on the minimum order quantity per item we have set, one container can load maximum up to 5 items per container. The quantity of each item can be vary. Please discuss with us for more details.
The production process takes around 2 to 3 weeks. However, in a “high-seasons” it can take longer, because the production process takes place according to the queue list.
The length of the production time varies from one product to another. Depending on the level of complexity of its constructions and the quantity. But in general, the production process of about two 40 feet high-cube containers, mostly completed in the fastest time of two or three weeks.

We pack every product according to the packaging standard of international shipment. Customers must use the container cargo to ship their goods.
We are so sorry. For the direct inspection, repairing, and replacement service of DIDU products that has a problem during the warranty period at this time, we can only serve customers in the territory of the Indonesian country.
For international customers who experience problems with DIDU products that are still within the warranty period, a special repairing kits will be sent to their address along with a video link to the guide of repairing process and how to use the kits.
