What We Sell and How to Order?
We have three main physical products: pre-designed furniture; synthetic rattan; and rope.
Also, we provide the special service on manufacturing custom furniture for hospitality businesses such as hotels, restaurants, villa, resort, bar, cafes, cottages, condominiums, apartments, stadiums, etc.

Ordering DIDU’s Pre-Designed Wicker Furniture
You have to be registered as user to order or request a quote for our products. You can register at the menu: Purchase > Login / Register, or just CLICK HERE.
We Didn’t Display the Price
The price of our products are hidden. If you want to know the price, please click on “Add to Quote Request” button beside the quantity box in product page. Set your quantity and fill the form to request for quote.
Registration Requirements
On the registration form page, you must fill in all required fields with your real personal data. Including your company name, title, company website, and email.
If you are coming from a certain company that wants to collaborate with DIDU INDONESIA as wholesaler customer, please use the email that hosted to your company’s domain name (eg, yourname@yourcompany.com). Do not use free email from providers such as gmail, yahoo, aol, and the like. We will not approve wholesaler account requested using a free email.
While registering, we provide two user type: individual customer and wholesaler/B2B customer. You need to choose which type of user you are.
Register as “Individual Customer”
If you want to register as an individual customer, you need to enter your email address. Then, the link to create a password and another data will be mailed to you. Click on that link to start creating password and entering your personal data.
In certain conditions, individual customer may will be approved manually. We will send a notification of your account approval to your email.
Register as “Wholesaler/B2B Customer (Manual Approve)”
If you are a supplier of furniture, or you have a company that handles a projects on furniture procurements for hospitality businesses or other business fields, you can register as a wholesaler to get the wholesaler price.
Important! While registering a wholesaler account, you have to provide an email hosted to your company’s website. We didn’t approve wholesaler account request that uses a free email such as gmail, yahoo, etc.
Procedure & Process
When you have finished filling out all the registration fields, our system will send a notification and a link to create a password to your email. Please check your email. If you don’t find it in “inbox”, please check the “spam” box. Then mark our email as “not spam”, so that every subsequent notification can go to your email “inbox” instead of “spam” box.
Click on the link in the email to create or reset your password. After clicking it, you will be redirected to the reset password page on this website.
Requesting a Quote
There are two ways to order DIDU products: 1). Through each product’s page. 2). Using the BULK ORDER FORM feature on your account page.
After you logged in, every product page will show the “quantity box” and “add to quote request” button. After setting up your needed quantity, you can click on “add to quote request” button to add the product to your quote request list.
Make sure you have choose an appropriate product option before clicking on “add to quote request” button.
Warning! To be able to order our wicker furniture, you must first log into your account. If you don’t have an account yet, please CLICK HERE to register.
Submission of Quote Request
Warning! While there are still an offer placed in your “cart” and the checkout process has not finished yet. You cannot create a new “quote request”. You have to finish the checkout process for the “offer” placed in your cart, or remove it from your “cart”.
Product prices are not shown. You will know the price of the product after submitting a “quote request”. Our sales representatives will reply your quote request via the “conversation” feature on your account page. Make sure you always monitor these features after submitting a “quote request”.
Through the “conversation” feature, you can also negotiate prices, payments, shipping costs, and various other things.
After you get the price that fits your budget, you can ask our sales to make an “offer”.
On the list of conversation you will get a notification that our sales representatives have made an “Offer” for you. Next, you click on the “Offers” on vertical menus on the left side of your account page to view the offer created for you.
Checkout with the Given Offer
After our sales representative makes an “Offer” for you, the offer will appear in the list of offers on your account page. Click on the “offer” menu to see a list of offers created for you.
If the offer for the product is appropriate and a shipping cost was included, then you can proceed to the checkout process by clicking “Add to Cart” button on the bottom-left side.
Next, you will move to the “Cart” page.
On cart page you can review your order. If there are no problems, then you can proceed to the next stage by clicking “Proceed to checkout” button.
Order Delivery Address
After clicking “Proceed to Checkout”, you will be asked to fill in your personal details such as your name, shipping address, phone number, and other important data for shipment process. In order to facilitate the processing and delivery of your order, it is mandatory for you to fill in the correct and accurate data. Loss of goods due to errors in providing data and information will be your own risk.
Make sure all data you’ve entered are valid.
Click “Continue” to proceed to the next step.
Additional Information
This page provides a text box. You can write a special message about your order, payment, or shipment process. After you finish writing the message, you can click the “Continue” button to proceed to the last step.
Order Review & Payment
At this stage, all data you have entered will be displayed for last review.
This is your last chance to make sure all the data you have entered is correct. If all of the data are valid and captcha has been clicked or verified. Then you can click the “Place Order” button.
Check Your Email
After you click “Place Order” button, the list of your order items and payment account number will be sent to the email you provided. Please made a payment immediately to avoid delays in processing and the shipment of your order.
