LIMITED WARRANTY fOR INDOOR & OUTDOOR WICKER FURNITURE

Thank you for choosing DIDU’s indoor and outdoor wicker furniture manufacture and services. This limited warranty terms applies to all DIDU branded physical furniture products. The limited warranty only applies to DIDU brand new products caused by manufacturing defects.

Does not apply to any kind of damage caused by the misuse of the product and certain event in the delivery process. The company’s liability for defective merchandise is limited to replacement or repair of that merchandise.

WHAT ARE COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY?

This limited warranty covers anything in the materials or manufacturing process of new DIDU indoor and outdoor wicker furniture manufacture products caused by manufacturing defects, which are accompanied by a limited warranty certificate.

Only consumers who buy DIDU products directly from DIDU Wicker Furniture Manufacture, or from distributors and suppliers that works with DIDU, or special projects can get coverage under this limited warranty.

This limited warranty covers the replacement of the defective unit or repair; as well as free repairs for damage that not caused by the misuse of units, and a regular free maintenance for hotels, cottages, resorts, apartments, villas, stadiums, and the alike for three years.

HOW LONG DOES THE LIMITED WARRANTY ENDS?

Frames, synthetic rattan, and rope, each has a different period of warranty. Warranty period for the frame is one year. The warranty period for synthetic rattan and rope is three years. The limited warranty period requiring replacement of the unit due to a manufacturing defect is sixty days from the received time of the unit.

Meanwhile, for damage that occurs up to 34 months afterward, only free repair services will be provided for the damage that is not caused by users mistake or the use of product that is not accordance with its designation and does not suitable with product specifications.

WHICH IS NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY

This limited warranty does not cover any kind of damage caused by the following:

(a) use; accident; harass; negligence; crash; fire, heat or humidity exceeding product specifications; maintenance or modification; or

(b) any abuse that goes against the instructions in the user manual; or

(c) loss of warranty certificate; removing the DIDU label from the product; or

(d) malfunctions caused by other equipment.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?

We will not provide warranty coverage unless your claim complies with all the terms of the warranty and you follow the proper product usage procedures. To propose a warranty claim, go to our claim page.

Our authorized service center will do an investigation based on your data and claim documents regarding the cause of the damage, then determine required actions.

You will be asked to provide your name, address, phone number, email, product serial number, and supporting documents for your claim.

Next, you will be notified of what steps to take for your claim. If there is a repair, we will arrange a visit for repairs with your approval.

WHAT DIDU WILL DO?

If DIDU authorizes you to return the product or to an authorized supplier or distributor, DIDU will replace your product free of charge with a replacement product that identical in quality and model.

DIDU may replace your product with a product that was previously used, and has been tested to meet DIDU specifications. DIDU will pay for the shipping cost of the replacement product sent to you.

By submitting the product for replacement to DIDU, means you agree to transfer the ownership of the original product to DIDU. DIDU will not return the original product to you.

Upfront replacement options, or other offers related to the warranty, are not covered by this limited warranty and are not the part of the covered replacement process.

DIDU warrants that the product being replaced is covered for the remain of the original product warranty period or a maximum of 60 days, whichever comes first.

WE PROVIDE UNIT REPAIR SERVICES AND ANY SERVICES PROVIDED HERE “AS IS”, WITH ANY FAULTS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE DO NOT EXTEND ANY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, CONDITIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING ANY REPAIR SERVICE OR ANY RESULTS THEREOF. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH ANY WARRANTY RULES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR FITNESS CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTIES OR SERVICES OF FITNESS AND THIS SERVICE.

Limitation of Liability

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE INCURRED UNLESS YOU PROVE THAT WE HAVE CAUSED THE DAMAGE INTELLIGENTLY. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING GENERAL PROPERTIES, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONDITION, EXISTENCE, OR LOSS OF PRODUCTS IN THE PROCESS OF DELIVERY, ANY DAMAGE AND LOSS OF REVENUE OR LOSS, OR ANY BENEFITS, OR ANY DAMAGE ANYTHING. CONSEQUENTIAL, WHATEVER THE CAUSE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITATION APPLY TO ANY AND ALL DAMAGES, RESPECTING FROM THE LEGAL THEORY ON THE BASIS OF SUCH DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE CONTRACT, BREACH OF OUR CONTRACT, AND WHETHER WE ARE INCLUDING THE WANTED CONTRACT THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE – UNLESS YOU PROVE THAT WE CAUSED THE DAMAGE INTELLIGENTLY.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL PRICE YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR PRODUCT, THE ESSENTIAL OBJECTIVE OF LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PROGRAMS AND SERVICES. THIS SHARE OF RISK, IF ANY, IS REFLECTED IN THE PRICES BILLED FOR THIS PROGRAM OR SERVICE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PRICES OF THIS PROGRAM WILL BE MUCH BETTER IF WE PERFORMED BIGGER OBLIGATIONS. THIS ARTICLE WILL APPLY EVEN IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER PROVISIONS IN THE TERMS OF THIS PROGRAM, OR A FAILURE IN ANY REPAIR.
