Warranty Claim Form

Thank you for choosing wicker furniture from DIDU Indonesia. Before filling out the warranty claim form, we hope that you have read and understood the terms of the limited warranty.
Please describe what caused the damage you are going to claim in detail. Include the time of the incident, the place, and what event caused it.

We also require you to include photo and video evidence of the damage for the purposes of our team’s investigation. The video may not be cut into pieces and then assembled or re-edited. The video display must show all sides of the product with the DIDU brand label must be shown clearly.

By clicking the “Submit Claim” button, the photos and videos that you upload will become the full property of PT. DIDU Indonesia, which will be used for product investigation and evaluation purposes.
